Each change of season brings its own diseases. In our live health workshops we talk about the three causes of disease and ill being Pathogens, Deficiencies and Blockages. One of the main ways of combatting deficiencies is by the use of oral or other supplementation. Every individual is of course different, and what each may need in their body may differ. However, it would be very difficult to find someone who would not benefit from taking the following five as supplements: Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, Magnesium, Salt, and Iodine. Even amongst those already taking these the likelihood is that they are not taking nearly enough.
In recent times a great people who had taken the covid vaccines died with respiratory illnesses and all were to have strange blood clots in their bodies. In each case all were also found to have very low levels of Vitamin D3 at the time of death. The same level clotting was not found in anyone who had anything close to normal Vitamin D3 levels. Experts suggest supplementing at the rate of 5,000 iu per day. Tiny amounts just won’t do. The Vitamin D3 I currently use comes from British Vitamins and also contains Vitamin K2 and MSN.We know Vitamin C keeps scurvy away but it can do so much more particularly when feeling under the weather. I tend to use the powdered ascorbic acid but it comes in various forms. The amount to take varies. but you add to water and make a mixture that you sip throughout the day to a level what we call “bowel intolerance.”In other words don’t skimp, your body will tell you when you’ve taken too much. We should consider both of these mandatory.
There are 90+ essential minerals in Celtic Sea Salt and and perhaps a few less in Himalayan Sea Salt. On the other hand common table salt has been bleached and usually mercury added to make it “run’. So in truth it should not even be permitted in our homes, much less our bodies. My advice, a few crystals of Celtic or Himalayan Sea Salt throughout the day just before a glass of water and also using it for all your seasoning and anything else where salt is desired or required.Lots of varieties of Magnesium are available but I currently use a Magnesium Blend from Clive de Carle that according to the literature should be good for both brain and body function. So much of our essential bodily functions just won’t happen or are severely impaired through a magnesium deficiency. I’ve yet to find anybody not seriously deficient in magnesium.Iodine has so many uses but is also essential for our thyroid glands to work effectively. Some drink a few drops in water every day or apply it directly to the skin. Applying Iodine directly to the breast is also recommended for those with breast cancer. The recommended brand is Lugol’s, a mix of Iodine and Potassium Iodide. So the advice with these supplements is to be generous to yourself in taking them. Loose bowels is not a major side effect and in most cases may even be desirable.
